- TERMS OF SERVICE -

The creator may be contacted via Instagram (スカーSCAR), and Twitter (スカーSCAR) for better response. Please follow through the Terms of Service for better understanding of applying for a commission slot and before entering an agreement to the artist/creator (Kizuato).
 

1. The artist/creator has the rights to refuse orders/slots for any reason and to change the Terms of Service anytime.

2. The prices is and should be exact depending on what art style the client chose, if there are any other details that the client requested for their character, the price won't change.

3. If the order is discontinued before any work has been done, the client shall receive a full refund. Note that the artist only allows PayPal payment, the creator might not be aware as to how PayPal fees work regarding refunds. The client may receive lesser amount than exact.

4. If the order is discontinued after the sketch has been sent, no refund shall be given.

5. In the cases of colored digital works, the client will receive a chance to change poses and any other details before the line art stage (during the sketching phase).

6. The artist/creator has the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, or rude/inappropriate behavior.

7. The artist/creator reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to personal reasons with no further explanation for the client.

8. The artist/creator retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery and blog. (If the client requests to not post the commissioned work it will not be displayed from any website/gallery/blog).

9. The artist/creator reserves the right to recycle sketches/ preparatory works that were rejected by the client for other commissions or personal works; and

10. The client may not make prints of the artwork for reselling or commercial use (excepting single prints for personal use and/or display). The client may not profit from the artwork. The client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the client cannot alter the artwork itself. The client may also upload the commissioned artwork to their personal website, video, or gallery (if they want to), but credits are required.

11. NO NFTs will be permitted or applied to my work, you will NOT sell them for big bucks, any laws relating to NFT will be restricted around my content.

12. If any of my work/content was posted by a user who isn't me, it's stolen. I claim my artworks as my works. In most cases it does not matter how much of the material you have used, whether it's a single frame, a few moments of audio, a short clip of video or any other sampling it's still considered to be protected by copyright and you still require the owner's permission for use. (DA, TOS)

13. Finally, if paying is involved, you need to pay half the price when the artist begins doing your slot, after the final product being sent, clients pay the rest of the price mentioned.

14. If the artist doesn't like to draw too detailed references/commissions, make sure to have an agreement to disagreement on what part she wants to draw or not.

15. AI Generated art is prohibited and it should not be applied with all of my works. If you ask for my permission, you still won't use my works for AI.
